  • Can I cancel my package?

    At Your Travel Co, we strive to offer you peace of mind throughout the booking process for your much-needed escape. We provide a 7-day change of mind guarantee for both our Limited Time Luxury packages and tours. If you find yourself needing to cancel, simply notify us at least 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund. Kindly be informed that our packages are typically non-refundable outside of this guarantee. For cruises, rest assured with our 48-hour refund guarantee, while flights abide by the specific terms of the chosen airline post-booking. Please note that the 7-day change of mind guarantee does not extend to our Last Minute Escapes. Moreover, the terms and conditions for our Luxury Holiday bookings vary depending on the rate selected.

  • I made an error when booking my flights

    If you’ve made an error with the name on your booking, it’s important to correct this before check-in to avoid any issues with boarding. Please reach out to us right away for assistance, preferably on the same day you made the booking. Please be aware that fees will be charged for any changes to names or dates. While name changes are not allowed, name corrections can be made. If you’ve mistakenly entered the wrong date when booking, please contact us as soon as you can, ideally on the same day. Changing your dates will likely incur fees.
